About This Model

The G-620 is the garage ADU model most commonly built by clients who want to maximize the use of their backyard structure — parking that they need, plus a rental or family ADU above it. At 620 square feet, the ADU level is comparable in size and livability to our B-625 model, which is the most popular standalone ADU in the lineup. The combined structure footprint is larger than a standalone ADU but smaller than two separate structures, which helps on lots where overall impervious surface coverage is a constraint.

Ideal For

Clients who need parking plus a full 1-bedroom rental ADU, lots with setback constraints better suited to a single two-story structure.
