About This Model

The B2 series reflects what we’ve learned from building B-series models across Dane County. Common feedback from occupants: the original B-series kitchen could use more counter run, and window positioning could be improved for morning light in the bedroom. The B2-480 addresses both. The exterior design is also updated with revised siding proportions and trim detailing that reads more architecturally considered. For clients who want a compact rental ADU that looks and functions well, the B2-480 is the current recommendation over the original B-420.
