About This Model

The G-900 is the garage ADU for a household that needs a second bedroom and a place to park. Upstairs, 900 square feet of living space: two bedrooms, one full bath, and an open kitchen, dining, and living area. Below, a full two-car garage. One structure. Home and parking, together. On a Madison or Dane County lot, the footprint and two-story height have to clear coverage and height limits before design starts. We check that first.
