About This Model
The G-1250 is the garage ADU that doesn't make you climb stairs to cook. The front door, the kitchen with its island, and a half bath sit on the ground floor beside a two-car garage. Upstairs: two bedrooms, a full bath, laundry, and a family lounge with a study and wet bar. Same footprint as the G-900. More of it lived in. On a Madison or Dane County lot, the footprint and two-story height have to clear coverage and height limits before design starts. We check that first.

Exterior siding color and material, roofing color, interior paint, cabinet hardware, light fixtures, and appliance packages. The structural layout is fixed per model; finish-level personalization is fully available.
